My friend and myself went to Harvester in Bridgend Outlet last sat11th December. I was looking forward to my meal, when our meals they were luke warm.
I saw a man we waited 10mins, I then got UP AND SAW A WAITRESS AND THEY HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT OUR MEALS.
We were really annoyed at this, and I did send an email Sunday 12th, but had no response. I look forward to having a response and vouchers as the meal was awful
