Why why why do I always get in the wrong queue for purchasing my items????
Wednesday 14th Aug 2013 approx 1pm
I had 1box of wine (6 bottles) and four other items.
The checkout guy put up a “TILL CLOSED” sign… so i got in the queue for the other till behind 2 other customers both of which had full trollies
Then 3 other people behind me ignored the “till closed sign” and put their goods on the conveyer.
How ANNOYING WHEN ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE SERVED BEFORE ME!!!!!…and nothing was said by the cashier…next time i shall ignore the till closed sign and argue the point there and then until I am served, the alternative I shall leave my purchases there and walk out!!!!!
Why am I complaining now? This is not the first time the Aldi checkout policy has caught me out. Other times I get in a queue only to be told to go to another checkout, then they ring the bell, 10 minutes later someone arrives to open the till, meanwhile if id have stayed put I would have been served, home, and the food cooked !!!!!!!!
The branch in question – Trent vale, Newcastle – under – lyme, staffs……..AND……its Every time I go in!!
