To whom it may concern,I understand as a regular customer of the harvester lughton village,milton keynes,that sunday,s can be a very bust day,and sometimes,you may have to wait,for some time for a table.Taking all this in to account,we were very dissapointed to have to wait,a further hour,after,sfter our meal was ordered,only to receive our meals,which were not cooked to our specifcation,and were also cold,we also had to wait for clean cutelry.After we compained to the duty manager,we were told that the grill wasent working to its full potential,and that the kitchen would have to be closed.We were served another meal(which was better).I found this to be a very embarressing experience for me,as i had intvited 6 friends to dinner,who had not been to this particular resteraunt before.The manager however was very apologetic,and dident charge us for our meal.i am just making you aware of the situation,in the hope this will not happen again,should,my friends and i decide to visit again.
