My son had his Mobile phone stolen 3 weeks ago . It has been reported and we have a crime reference no.
We wish to claim on our insurance but we have been told we need the imei no. As we couldn’t find it we rang your helpline , despite several calls and live chat assuring us that it would be sent in the post and by email we are still waiting!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable and if this has an adverse effect on our claim , then I will be taking this matter further.
