I went into two different Wetherspoons last Sunday, the first was for breakfast which was cold when it arrived (half an hour later even though there was hardly any one in the pub) with what I can only describe as a fryed egg that looked like to had been run over by a bus, my husbands breakfast had two items missing, when we complained they didn’t even look or act sorry.
The second Wetherspoons on the same day, we ordered side order of Mac and Cheese, which took 50minutes to arrive (by which time we had finished our drinks) it was half full but worse than that I couldn’t even get my fork into it as it was so hard (presumably been microwaved to long), we did receive a refund but again no sign of any apologies
We have been regular customers of Wetherspoons but feel somewhat let down.
