I would like to complain about the poor service, in the weatherspoons I visited with my family sunday morning in harlow " the William Aylmer"
original food order taken , was missing 1 breakfast, , when after a little while waiting , food arrived and was missing 1 breakfast, which ment I had to go back to the bar again to chase up missing order , while the person waiting , said all go ahead and eat ours, its not right ,these should all have been taken away, and all served at the same time again
coffee machine had run out after dispensing 1 cup of cold coffee, another 15 minute wait while someone went off to refill the urn, people where then left forming an orderly que, while muttering complaints to themselves, overall a poor effort , all round on the day from the staff…total time onsite to eat 4 breakfasts 1.5hrs
