I have been to this large branch and feel that l need to make a complaint. On thursday night late l went into store and when it came to pay all that was open was the self service part which was a nightmare as there was a long quevue as no tills were open and there was a lot of queries by customers not really knowing how to use them. Also no one around to help or ask.
A real nightmare.
