Write your letter here… My friend and myself went to the Harvester in Brdgend Mc Arthur Glen yesterday(Sat) and were looking forward to having our meal. The meal was booked under Julie at about 2pm, the meal came when we were still finishing our salad. The waitress pushed the plates on the table having a dirty cloth on her shoulder.
1. I started eating my ribs when they were Luke warm, I looked for the person who took them and he said wont be long, 10 mins we are still WAITING FOR OUR FOOD. I GOT UP SAID TO THE WAITRESS, THEY HAD FORGOTTEN ALL ABOUT THEM ..
THEY CAME WHICH WAS HOTTER BUT I HAD BEEN ANNOYED AND MY FRIEND WITH HAVING TO WAIT, ALSO LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR MEAL,. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER HARVESTERS IN CARDIFF BAY ETC., THIS WAS THE WORST FOR SERVICE AND THE MEAL. THEY WERE NOT BUSY EITHER, LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU AND I THINK I SHOULD HAVE SOME MONEY BACK FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
