To whom it may concern.
I travelled on the ferry on the 6th July 2013 a short break to France & returned on the 12th July everything was perfect on my journey until I bought some products from your duty free shop.
The products were: 1 200 ml men’s Paco raban ONE million – 1 200 ml ladies Paco raban ONE million
3 50 ml Paco Raban One million.mens.
I have been wearing this product myself for quite a while & personally think it was one of the best brands out there, until I bought these.
The smell doesn’t smell 100 percent as the original, And doesn’t last as long as the original. It is very week. I have bought this product in the Uk several times & once in France from a shop in Paris.
I would like to complain regarding this issue. It is not just me who is concerned about this the people with me on my travels & also the people I bought the gifts for also believe the product is up to standard.
This is a very embarrassing situation for me as they think I bought Fake perfumes & eu de tolliettes for them.
I am very upset on this occasion & would like to know what you are going to do with this issue.
When I get a chance to go to France I do use P & O ferries and not the others. I think this is my 4th or 5 th time.
