Dear Easyjet,
I am writing to complain about your poor service on board my flight to malaga because of the poor service and lack of hospitality.
Firstly, when I asked kindly one of your crew members to get me a drink, he just replied ” You can wait until we visit all the other passengers!!” and then just sneezed on me twice, which I find very rude and a safety hazard surely.
Finally, when the meals were being handed out, it took 45 minutes for my meal to arrive to me and I was near the front!! And I will not tolerate this kind of service!!! I shall never fly with Easyjet ever again!!!
Yours Angrily
Anass Khalil
This is nonsense. Easyjet don’t serve meals on their flights. What a poor letter.
Meals on a malaga flight blah blah total fantasy by the complainant
Neil is quite correct that Easyjet do not offer meals (although they do light snacks) so no idea what this guy is moaning at as I am sure if he has sent this letter in, Customer services will equally scratch their heads.. Perhaps on the day, he was ranting so much like a mad man, they just made him something to shut him up? lol
Seriously, I used to be a complaints manager for Vodafone form many years and one thing that used to annoy us was mis information, or blatant made up complaints. So… my Khalil.. you might want to re think your letter and say what really happened?
hi guys
look I have never flown with easyjet
I am just a kid
I watch programs which criticise Easyjet
On one of the episodes they were handing out food
guys give me a break please!
Idiot
BTW.. this is off the easyjet site….
.
easyJet Boutique and BistroOur philosophy is that “there’s no such thing as a free lunch” – so we don’t offer one! “Free” onboard meals add to the overall cost of a seat – and we believe that our passengers would prefer to forgo a tray of plastic airline food in order to save money on their fare.
A bit blunt but honest, I can accept that
The responses to this are funnier than the actual complaint letter. The complain is poorly constructed, and without any merit as others have already pointed out. Besides, as a frequent flyer, I can say with confidence that easyJet is absolutely fabulous!
I agree
easy jet are runing a scam and ripping people of I have just been on the phone and been told it was my choice to take a plane that was delayed therefore they not refund my bus ticket which was booked with easy BUS run by them and I then had to buy new tickets at a cost of £28 when I had already paid £13.98
but my ticket though no fault of my own could not be used because they had delayed my plane.
BEOYCOAT THIS COMANAPY
Illiterate ?
Travelling often (at least once a week), I do use several Airlines companies.
Easyjet has a very poor level of service:
– they do offer meals on board but regularly they don’t have any stock or don’t have change,
– they are often not very polite,
– they do not answer to complains (on their web sites) and there is no way to complain on board
– the embarking is very stressful
– In case of issue, nobody is responsible.
After a high level of late flights (because of late arrival), they are now very strict on the time and don’t wait (even if people are stucked in the security checks).
I have to say that I AVOID as much as I can to use their flights.
Another member of the public that expects five star service but pay one star money, get over it, air travel comes with delays etc so get over it
I heard from a friend whos son was going back to barracks after being home on leave from HM Forces & was charged £245.00 for one extra bag.Other airlines don’t charge for extra bags for the Forces what is your position on this after all its going viral on facebook about the charges
245 pound ? that is in the realms if fantasy
where should i start .i am disabled .iam 54 years young I had to endure 6 operations on my right knee and ended up with my right now fuised i e not being able to bend the knee at all ,my family and myself decided we needed a holiday went to our local travel agents thomas -cooke told them what we needed regarding my disability [ie] seeting and atendence when we got to gatwick airport, got to airport on time ‘went through to departure lounge got attendance to plane .all fine till then .Ihad to sit in wheel-chair for 10 to 15 minutes to sort seats out because nobody had told the cabin crew about my problem not being able to bend my knee. In the end i had take 3 seats 3 quarters of the way up to the back end of the plane with every-body staring at me and moaning under there breath . You know how enbarising that is. then on top that my grand-daughter who by the way is only 2 years old was allicaited a seat on her own away from my daughter and son-laws seats. My husband by now was not happy at all eventually they got it sorted ,This is the first and last time me and my family will be flying with thomas-cooke or easyjet and me and my family are not the only families how were not happy while on holiday with said companies I would much appriate it if you did respond and not just bin said item yours faithfully mr mrs m j russell
A 2 year old seated away from her parents, fantasy I think
They are a budget airline stop moaning and get over it,
Travel has it risks, spend more money and it still has problems, they are no worse than many others and I use them often with no complaints.I stick to the rules and read the T&C’s but others turn up,with oversize bags and expect to take them into the cabin or use mobiles annoying others, they are late often abusive but generally the staff remain polite, some passengers deserve a smack in the face.
I would like to complaint about the low quality of customer service and ur employees at customer service desk. When you don’t have a supervisor at night .it s 9.30pm stuck in Charles de gaule due to ur enormous flight delay and ending up with a bitchy employee deciding not to put me on board cause she had a bad temper .
This is not acceptable from a customer service employee and I want my money back and I knewly started to use ur airline .this is my 3rd time and my last .always flight delays and now bitchy attitude in addition to wasting my time !
I need a person in charge to address my complaint
I was charged £16.40 by Edreams (Easyjet) for a Opodo Transaction Charge when I paid by Debit Card which I was not told or displayed about when I booked the flight. April 2015
To Dame Carolyn McCall,
I would like to congratulate you on becoming a Dame in the New Year honours list for 2016 but I was very disappointed with your PR personnel for showing you on the BBC this morning with the Union Flag upside down
I will still remain a loyal customer though.
Yours Sincerely
Mrs Marion Crowther.
I would like your reply at my email /m@marioncrowther.plus.com
