I bought a kettle called bullet kettle after two weeks the return lock for the lid stopped working so the lid stays up I got a replacement same colour to math 4 slice toaster and its gone again Its not me its a very poor design, I will try one more if that fails the toaster and kettle will both come back. Its a twenty two mile return trip to your store and Im not happy at all, all our kettles last at least three years so how many other customers have had this fault..
