On the 23 September my wife and I ordered an Aberdeen Angus meal each, to be cooked medium to well.
The time of ordering was 14:37, the meal arrived @15:05, we both started to eat but found our chips red with blood, we cut into the steak and it was rare.
I complained at the till and the meals were collected, time now 15:12.
Our meals were brought back to our table @ 15:42, were told by the waiter, ‘Here are your meals, the steaks are well done.
The meals were as we had sent them away except for over cooked steaks, the same chips were still on the plates in the blood soaked condition barely warm.
I had spent £27.58 for the most appalling meals that we could not eat, I complained to a female waiting staff but her reply was she didn’t work in the kitchen.
May I commend you on the quality of managerial staff you employ, they certainly know how to make sure that there are plenty of empty tables.
Needles to say, we left your premises and had a snack elsewhere.
