Dear sir/madam

I am writing a complaint about my local Chinese takeaway and the ridiculous hostile behavior I received from the receptionist. The Chinese closes at ten o’ clock and I phoned to make an order after nine, I was fully aware that the takeaway would be closing in an hour; however that was still plenty of time for me to make an order. I was shocked and astounded by the receptionist’s attitude at one point I recall her telling me to F*** off which is indeed highly inappropriate, she also never listened to what I was trying to order she just kept huffing around and shouting down the phone at me, is there really any need for shouting especially when it’s a paying customer. Not only was the receptionist unforgivably rude but I waited an hour for my order and it never arrived. I knew the takeaway would be closing soon but I wanted to know what had happened with my order. When I was once again rude to by the receptionist who told me I was not getting my order because they had made a mistake. So I waited for my food after being treated very horribly and my order doesn’t even arrive. I cannot believe how I was treated there is just no need for it, I highly doubt they’ll get much more service if that is the way they treat their customers. I can safely say that next time I shall be taking my money elsewhere.
