Went to my local store today, bought a light bulb, which didn’t work. I needed to speak with someone to ask if I could get my money back, as it was paid for on my daughters bank debit card. I understand that the refund has to go back on her card, but what I am complaining about is the amount of time it took for someone to answer the ‘phone! I held on for 2 minutes and someone picked it up and put it straight down again. NOT GOOD P.R. FOR SAINSBURY’S
