I bought a mobile from my local Tesco store in March of this year. Since day one I had niggly faults wit the phone but thought as it was new maybe I was not using it correctly.
Next the touchpad went erratic and the phone closed down and would not re-open unless plugged into the mains. (No good for emergency). Sent it to Tescos for repair. Was told the faults had been identified, corrected and latest software loaded.
10 days later same faults occurred again. Sent for repair again, same jargon from repairers, phone now fixed.
7 days later after the two repairs the same faults again. I rang Tesco mobile and explain that they had already had 2 oportunies to fix and was exercising my rights for a replacement or a full refund. This fell on death ears and was told to return it again for repair. (HOW MANY CHANCES TO THEY NEED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE).
I asked to speak to a manager but this fell on death ears as well.
My experience with Tesco Mobile ” Wish I had never heard of them”.
My problem is still unresolved!
