Dear Tesco

I put it to you in writing that I am frustrated and confused by the level of service recieved from Tesco Mobile. As a life long loyal customer I am not only disgusted but feel like I have been personally violated. I have been waiting for 1 month and four days for an unlock code which should be a simple process. I hope you can understand my frustrations and will look to improve the level of service in the future.
