My wife and I have just had a bit of a disappointing first Sunday lunch at our
reticently opened John The Clerk of Cramlington (Northumberland).
The newly renovated building can only be praised for its excellent decor ,
along with the staff , service and cost.
The quality and quantity of the food was good , our only complaint was the temperature of the food, it was lukewarm .
Your kitchen staff need a shake up to ensure the food is hot , if not you will continue to receive many complaints on this subject and possibly lose customers.

Lovely food pity about temperature

We are regular customers to Wetherspoons and find value for money and good food always. Our only complaint is the food isn’t hot enough. By the time we are half way through a meal (and I am a fast eater!!) it is almost cold, certainly by the finish. As the Winter approaches could you request your staff to check that the food is hot when served. We have no other complaint. The staff are good in general.
Many thanks, Sincerely (in your interests) Howard and Rose White
Again my wife and I had finished our curry before our friends and his dad had received their curries and his dads fish and chips. What is the hold up with your staff. The food may be good, but again it could be a lot hotter not spice wise but temperature wise. We use to visit The Picture House in Ebbw Vale at least three times a week we now go on the average twice a month. What does that say about your service.
My son took 5 off us for breakfast in Newquay today when we got the food it was cold
I am a regular customer at wetherspoons but would love to know when ordering either breakfast or Sunday lunch at any of your public houses the food is never hot it is getting to the point where I would drink there but not recommended those meals
