Dear sir /madam
I would like to complain about a member of staff in the Buckie,Moray branch ,Scotland.
I went to this young girls checkout. All I know is her name is Emily. She didn’t say hello, can I help, smile. My messages were piling up and she sat and loomed glumly. My bag for life burst and she shoved another one at me. She didn’t say that comes to…. I gave her plenty of chances to redeem herself to no avail!!!
I spent a lot of money and was struggling. I bit my tongue not to say anything but felt very unhappy. There were no elderly staff to complain too so I came home.
I like shopping in my loc store but if is how the staff are trained or let off, I think I’ll move to another more friendly store.
I am not the kind of person who ever contains but I’m now one unhappy customer.
Hope the problem gets resolved
