WI have just spent a fruitless several hours desperately trying to order a tin of Harrods chocolates to be sent to USA via your website.
the whole thing was a nightmare.
in the end I found a firm called Amelie who run a sane outfit, and ordered easily through them. I would have preferred your products. suggest you look at their website for inspiration.]
this is only the second letter of complaint I have ever written in my life and a pity it has to be to Harrods. will never try to order on line with you again.

Quite surprised me that Harrods actually wrote on your post! Not many companies will do that, actually surf the internet for complaints to resolve in a proactive way! So Kudos for Harrods and their customer relation team!
However, forward to your complaint, I also buy Harrods Chocolates (amongst other things) and now actually go direct to their suppliers in Bakewell every time I am up north as they have a factory shop and sell direct (cheaper than Harrods) but still wonderful chocolates!!!!!
If you ever have a problem with them again, I suggest you go direct instead, their website is http://www.holdsworthchocolates.co.uk if you ring them they are always very helpful and will make you anything to order!
Once again, well done Harrods for answering this customers complaint. Wish more retail outlets were more like you.
