To whom it may concern,
I write to you today on behalf of several of my nearby neighbours and myself. Recently we have seen senior citizens on mobility cars travelling speedily through our streets. Often we see adults and children stepping out into the road to avoid being hit down by these mobility cars, they then find themselves also panicking to move out of the road before they are run over by a full sized car. We appreciate that some senior citizens do need aid in terms of travelling and transport but we also feel that something could be done like perhaps a speed limit for these modes of transport or a separate path so that no pedestrians are harmed or feel intimidated at the thought of walking the streets.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and I would be grateful for any response or action in reply to our worries and complaints.
Yours Faithfully
Mrs Claire Collerson
