I am not going on my cruise until the 25th oct 2010 from southampton on the oceana.
I had called the cruise line P&O RESERVATIONS and made an enquirer regarding spa deals and massages as i wanted to book in advance for my self and my wife and daughter.
I was giving a phone number to call the company who delivers this service and did so, it was an answering machine asking me to leave my details and they would call me back.
Guess what !! yes i am still waiting, i called on sataurday 18th september about 10.30 am. Its now the 28th and still no reply.
This is my second cruise with P&O and i think it will be the last, i do not like being treated like this especially being ignored.
We are not looking forward to this now as this has giving us a bad feeling for our family holiday.
Last year we sailed on the Ventura and enjoyed it and this is why we booked again and already we are put off by the service.
