Hi,

I bought a weekly train ticket from Stanford-le-hope to Fenchurch street the week commencing the 8th August – I hadn’t been well so I only used this ticket Monday the 8th and Tuesday the 9th.

I filled out a refund form and handed it in at Stanford-le-hope station and received a refund of £2.50 – what an absolute joke!!

From a £67.70 ticket I had used twice – this is absolutely appalling.

Its so disgusting – how can they even call that a refund.

I worked out that I should of received….£19.01

£67.70 divided by 7 days is £9.67

I handed it in Thursday so had a MINIMUM of 3 days left

£9.67 multiplied by 3 is £29.01

Admin charge of £10 will leave the total of £19.01

So I would like someone to explain the £2.50 pathetic refund I have received?

I sent my first email to C2C on the 11th August and have emailed weekly since and have just been ignored.
