I have worked at the Solomon Cutler for 6 months. I missed one of my shifts last week due to stress and I didn’t follow the absence procedure. One of the managers wrote to me about a disciplinary hearing and informing me that I will not be getting paid. I replied to his letter with sincere apologises and an explanation for my absence and informing him that I no longer wish to work for the pub I also stated I have done some research and it is against the law to not be paid for shifts that I have worked. However, today is pay day and I have not been paid for the hours that I worked. Please can you do something to help me out, I was relying on that money to help me finish my last week at university.
Yours Sincerely Abigail McDonald
