Wish to complain about the xmas dinner we had at the littlehampton harvester,on xmas day.We were there last year and had exellent service and meal, but this year the meal was not up to the standard last year, and the quality of service was very poor.we were never asked if we wanted drinks we had to get them from the bar are selfs, and as we were about to leave the manager tried to make u s pay another ten pounds,or though we had receipts saying everything was paid infull, this caused great in barrasment as this was done in front of other people which were in the resturant he was very rude and just asked us to leave,as we had such a good time and value for money last year the experiance of this year will mean we will not use it again yours faithfully G Laker
On the 1st of September I visited the Harvester in Littlehampton, waited 25 mins for a table, not a problem, but the service was very poor, the waitress had an attitude problem, very rude & argumentative, i had ordered my daughters meal of plain pasta as she does not like the sauce, when it arrived it had sauce on it, i had said to her i had ordered no sauce on it & she said i had not asked for the sauce to be left off, i said i did ask for plain pasta no sauce & she still argued with me, i have been going to the Harvester in Littlehampton for the last 4 year & have never experienced such rudeness from the staff before, we also waited 30 min for a glass of water, which was ordered when the food order was place, we received our food ate the said food & still no water, the water turned up as we were about to order dessert. My daughter ended up having a portion of chips as she does not eat anything else on the menu & never has, she was in the Harvester with her father on Saturday & had plain pasta, so the difference from Saturday to Thursday i don’t understand.

littlehampton harvester is a dump, shame because of its prominent position it could be really something, cold food, poor quality, rude hopeless staff, excuses, uninterested management who should not be allowed anywhere near customers, toilets that are sewers and overflowing, couple that with the locals who cannot, read, write, and drag their knuckles over the floor and communicate only by a series of grunts and shrieks and that’s the women,Jesus there must be something in the water round this area like jay wick, avoid this place and its elite clientèle and go somewhere more up market, mcdonalds lyminster road.
