Dear Sirs,
I am writing to express my disappointment with your product and to return said product to you as suggested on the packet. I purchased the crisps at my local off-licence. Salt and vinegar are and always have been my favourite flavour of crisp and I always select your product in particular for its strength of flavour. I was most dissatisfied to find that the packet I bought had absolutely no flavour at all. I can only imagine there was some error on the production line where either the flavouring wasn’t added or Ready Salted crisps were placed in the wrong packaging. Either was I feel extremely let down by this incident and would appreciate some form of acknowledgment at bringing this to your attention.
