I have been a sky customer for over 8 years and subscribed to Sky at my previous address. When I moved home I cancelled the sky subscription. I did not carry this on to my new house as I had to stay with my mum for a month. I then subscribed again at my new address and then realised that they were taking the subscription money from my old address as well as my new address.
They refuse to give me this money back, but feel if it were the other way round and I owed them for a years subscription they would be after me!!
Can you help?
On discovery real time between 9pm and 10pm this week is ment to be extreme couponing as advertised but instead so far something completely different is shown this has happened a few times where a particular program is advertised and something else comes on what is going on
I have been a sky customer for about 7 months now. Several days ago, all my services went off, I think down to bad weather, I have tried to contact sky, by email several times, live chat (which constantly gets cut off) and finally a compacomplaint letter. I am still waiting on them calling me back!!!???
I cant call their expensive number on my mobile as its capped and I have no dial tone on my house phone. Their are no working public phone boxes near me? Sky are still taking my direct debit payment but unwilling to finding out about getting my tv, internet and phone back on.
I am so annoyed at them. Extreamely poor customer service!!!
I cancelled Sky Broadband on the 18/Oct/13 they took an over payment from my account of £18.35 and have never contacted me to inform me as to when they will give it back, I have contacted them twice the first time I was told it will be returned to my account in two weeks, Well! that time has passed so I called them today and I was told it will be paid back to my account 45 days after the cancellation date.
It’s my money taken without any explanation or advisement I consider it theft on that basis and can’t help wondering who these people think they are.
I simply find it impossible to register my problem on any of your web pages!!!!!!!!!!

On my new tv all figures are HUGE ans I cannot read anything on the RHS or LHS of the screen. I am told it is a problem I can fix using my Sky TV Remote Control but I have tried everything with no success.
Note I am elderly and live on an Island with no one to help me
Just had my sky delivered and Orane your engineer left without putting a sky dish up so we are unable to record while we are watching, what is the point in having sky then. We have not received a hub for internet either and also I wasn’t left an instructions manual. I’m sorry to say if this is not sorted I’ll have choice but to cancel, please help.

When I moved from another provider to SKY to get Fiber broadband and then TV I thought they would deliver. Service is not that great I still have to wait for the ‘circle’ that goes round and round before I get webpages and video clips. I was promised £25 worth M&S vouchers – I was told that it would be with me within 15 days. This was after requesting and then complaining. After all that complainign for a few weeks count down to 15 days started on the 31st of October 2014. Today is 18th of Novermber 2014, it is still not here. I was told that I had to take a print out from an e-mail they sent, which they never sent and then I was told that it would come by post. DO NOT EVER TRUST THOSE WHO OFFER THIS KIND OF THINGS TO TRICK YOU INTO TAKING A CONTRACT, ONCE HOOKED YOU ARE HOOKED FOR THE TIME PERIOD. This voucher is not part of the contract.
My comment and my complaint is about your advertisement of the football match which apparently according to sky it’s the Steven gerrard show even though it’s at Goodison park there’s no mention of Everton or any other players involved in this game I think this is an insult to his own players and a lack of respect to the Everton team staff, and fans.
Dear sir. After many years with sky paying the top rental I cancelled, I did as they said and destroyed the card now I can only get some channels,not many, in fact I cannot get any channels except the first one, the box is mine, the dish is mine yet sky seems to control my TV, how the hell can they do this, I would appreciate anything you can tell me, who the hell are they…the Mafia or something.
