My name is Mrs Regina Worrall, I am a pensioner and have been shopping at argos for many years as I always thought them to be a good service. Not any more I gave my son £100 to pay for a single divan slide store bed for my grandson, my son payed with his card for me. We were told delivery will be two weeks, that came but no bed my son phoned up to find we would have to wait another two weeks.two weeks no bed, phoned again only to be told the bed was damaged while being put on lorry and had to choose another bed. this done we were told the bed was being delivered on fEB 11 2011, WE WAITED THEN MY SON GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY THEY COULD NOT DISPATCH DONE TO MY ADDRESS. Argos refunded my money but thanks to them I have missed the good sales that were being offered elsewhere, now I am having to pay extra. due to the bad service of argos they have lost a customer.
