I visited harvester at willowbrook centre in bradley stoke bristol with my two children and my friend at 6pm in february 2011.
We waited what seemed like forever before getting served and again at least 30 mins before our meals were served because the waitress seemed more interested in the table of 10 who arrived after us but got served before us.
Not once did the waitress come and ask us if our meals were ok. This alone was annoying seeing i had a problem with my meal.
I had scampi which luckily for me i cut into it and found it was prawns which unfortunately i’m allergic to, the smell alone turned my stomach and put me off my meal. This ruined my evening out with my friend and children.
Eventually the waitress asked if our meal was ok when she collected our plates. I said no and told her why, all she said was oh i’m sorry about that and carried on as normal but left us feeling angry and disappointed.
We won’t be in any hurry to go back to that particular harvester which is a shame because we were regular customers there.
