i phoned your customer care dept on the 28th of feb between the hours of 1700/1900 in total i called three times the first was regards a issue with my internet not working correctly the first advisor i spoke to explained that if i removed the sim card this may solve the problem if this didnt work then he said that i would have to do a iphone restore as it is a iphone 4 the advisor then explained that itunes would back up the iphone because i didnt want to lose anything off my phone subsiquently i did the restore and i have now lost all my music and ringtones i am very upset that i have lost all my music that i have paid for if the advisor would have explained that i could lose anything any items i would have not done it i have since contacted apple as advised by the third advisor to contact them so i did and they explained to me that the advisor should have told me that i have to do a full system backup as the itunes backup does not save everything so i am now in the process of waiting to see if apple/itunes can help me get the music that i have lost back if they say they can not i will be seeking some type of rembirstments for the cost of the items as i have invoices on my itunes account to prove my purcheses
