Dear Stagecoach,
After using your buses regularly for work and college I am disgraced at the customer service received by your drivers lately; not even a smile why employ them.
Furthermore today I was waiting for the 15.05 35 Elgin bus from Union Square which didn’t appear until 15.25 absolutely disgraced how long does it take to organize your staff; and then all of a sudden the 15:20 Oldmeldrum bus is away before the earlier bus- this needs to be sorted before the New Year or I will never use these unreliable services again; due to your late buses I have missed work because you can’t even run on time.
You tell commuters to use public transport e.g. buses and you are just as bad.
