I ordered a Nintendo Wii for Delivery on the 23rd December 2010 for my mother as her christmas present and paid the extra £5.00 odd for it to be delivered between 1pm and 3pm that day. My Mother waited in from 10am till 7pm that day for the goods to arrive and got a text saying it would be delayed. No message saying when, only that it was delayed!, To date (11th Jan 2011), neither myself or my mother have had a delivery, refund or contact from Tesco’s with so much as an apology.

I informed Tesco’s over a week ago to cancel the order as it is pointless being delivered now and have to day still not received a refund or a sorry.

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service provided and think it is a disgrace that they couldnt even be bothered to get in touch.

I am seeking legal advice and wont be using them again or recommending them.
