Hi,
C2C trains have a fantastic air conditioning system, that freezes the air really well.
I was just wondering if this system has got any sort of temperature regulation, rather than on/off button when the air is either creating polar temperatures or there would be no air conditioning at all?
If such regulation of temperature exists, it would be fantastic if the temperature would be adjusted in the summer months to some reasonable levels, as we generally wear thinner jackets or none due to high temperatures outside.
It is not only about the comfort of commuting and the subjective perception of being warm or cold.
It should be also considered that if the temperature difference between the outside and inside is so significant, the passengers are at increased risk of catching a cold or flu.
I am surely not the only person complaining about your air conditioning, so it would be much appreciated if anyone could finally do something with the issue.
Thank you
