Recently I got a ps3 game on the 12-09-2013 for my b’day played the game for a few days and it wouldn’t work so took it back and they exchanged it which was great got home and same thing again but this time it has corrupted my ps3 and I cannot play will not let me go any further into the game so the game is no use too me what so ever and a waste of £40 I do not wish for the same game but would have been happy too of swap games for something else or a voucher but no all the women said you can have the same game which again is pointless there was nobody there that knew about gaming and the manager at the Bridgwater branch was rude and not listening its like she didn’t care an had her mind made up before I even spoke too her all cause she had too come see me when she was on her lunch break is all she could say ! Money back guarantee is no more even though this problem is out of my hands I am going too make sure everybody is aware be careful in what you buy ! An never ask too speak too the manager in Bridgwater as she seriously ant got time for you .I think there policy is all wrong U should be allowed too exchange for another game I didn’t want a refund but the game I have brought just does not work has corrupted my ps3 so why god would I want another one !! Well rant over hope nobody else gets this problem it was frustrating.
