Your broadband service is incredibly slow and your TV programming is horrible… All that said, your customer service is the worst…. Your employees don’t give a crap about the customer and even hang up on you if you ask too many questions…. I asked where to check the history of my internet speed…. The CSR grudgingly showed me how to access my router…. When I asked where to look to find the information I was looking for, he hung up on me because he couldn’t be bothered….

FYI…. I will be flaming you across social media…. Twitter, Facebook, etc…. My goal is to ensure you do not put anybody else through the horrible experience that I have been through…. That is now my mission….
