ii was waiting for a replacement phone to come into the cleveleys store I was assured by staff that when the phone arrived I would be contacted by phone or txt ‘ I called into the store several times to check on progress as I hadn’t heard anything and on each occasion was told I would definatly be contacted .After 8 days of waiting I went back into the store to speak to the store manager and ask if he could chase things up he asked if I had had a call or txt to which I said no he then went into the room at back of shop and came out with a package my replacement phone I asked how long it had been there and he said 6 days I asked him why I hadn’t been informed it was in the store to which he replied lack ofcomminication at no stage did he apologise he has absolutely no customer care skills his name is mark archer I feel he needs re training in customer service ,his attitude came across as if he didn’t give a dam . angela brannan
