Came with my wife, her parents and a friend. I ordered 4 battered Fish and Chips and one Fish and Rice.
The guy at the till was quite friendly. I ordered 4 pints of cider and one glass of Pepsi.
Unfortunately they run out if coke. Waiter dissapeared for a few minutes, after he said my drink will be ready in a few minutes. I seen there is also Tango available, so to make it easier, I asked for tango.
The answer was- sorry but we only have Pepsi or water. Waiter said he will bring Pepsi to my table. Before I got my Pepsi, my food arrived- unfortunately only for 3 of us. I did ask waiter, where is the rest of food. He answered: let me check, I will be with you shortly.
After few secs he asked me to come to the till again. He said he charged me only for 3 fish and chips and 5 drinks. I said, but I did ask for 5. He answered: Yes, I know, but do not know how it happened.
I had to to pay another £13.98 for 2 fish and chips. It was not a deal for me as I had to pay separate for a drink and separate for a food, so at the end I paid more, I meant to pay
He said my food will be shortly. Food arrived quickly, but one fish arrived under cooked. Manager for that restaurant was great and quickly replaced food.
All together not really great experience today.
To resolve this issue I would like you to I would like JD Weatherperson to pay more attention, when handle their orders.
I consider this a very serious issue which has caused me an unnecessary amount of aggravation. I would like a response within 3 days with a view to resolving this issue within 7 days. If these timescales are not met, I will have no hesitation in escalating my complaint.
