Hi on may this year i upgraded my wifes and my own fone at the o2 shop in Hamilton Lanarkshire i thought i was only getin an airtime contract but know i have found out i am being charged for the two phones as well. I am being charged £10 and £5 for the phones i was not informed of this or i was mislead by the assistant in the shop she did not explain this theres no way i would have bought a phone at £240 and my wifes fone i have spoken to an online adviser from o2 and she says it should have been explained better and that i was sold a mislead contract and that i should contact use i only want a airtime contract and is there any way i can change this without repaying the phones off iv been with o2 for years and never had any problems like this can you resolve this please.
