As I can see from the complaints page this will fall on deaf ears
I have used your pub in Bridgwater for some time now and it the same old thing. The larger or beer you have asked for THE LINES ARE BEING CLEANED. The time is 10.30pm your pub opens at 7.oo am and only do coffees and teas at this time you have 2 hours to clean the lines before you start to serve any beers or largers So how come at this time in the evening the lines are still being cleaned. I have been in the pub for an evening meal and the Chicken was cold, so I returned it and was asked If I would like a fresh on cooked which I replied yes the would be fine. But when me meal was given to me it was the same dish that I had handed back is it not right to reheat chicken .I work in a Nurseing home in bridgwater and this practice in wrong. Also you offer a drink with your meal and only one was on tap ?????? LINE CLEANING AGAIN yes youve got it This place is a sham. You have an award for this lol.
