Hi,
I have been lied to twice by sky employees. I had a day off work for phone line to be connected and no one turned up. We phoned at a cost of £8. They said they would ring back in 72 hours (1st lie). There had been problems because they are running 3 different systems. We tried downgrading then and we would have to wait 20 minutes on a mobile phone(ha-ha). This was the 1st of December it is know 19th still no phone call. We were told it was easy to downgrade, its not(2nd lie). I work in a nation wide company. We can give people 2hr time slots to come to peoples houses. A good customer services system with e-mail and cheap phone calls. The only difference is we are not a communication company!!!!!!
