I have recently change my bank accounts and have noted that I am making 2 payments to O2 per month! One payment taken on or around the17th of the month relates to my current phone, which is fine. The other payment is for £14,71 taken on or around the 25th of the month which I have been told is for a Samsung Galaxy which I have not had for at least 1 and 1/2 years!
I had experienced problems with this phone and agreed, eventually, to change to my current phone which is an HTC model. During this upgrade, I was not informed, at any time that I had to cancel any contract. I assume that my new phone would cancel any previous contracts.
I would be grateful if you could refund the £14.1 I have been mistakenly paying since my changeover as oon as possible.
